WISH LESS galleryでは、写実画家の濱口健による新作展「多分、テレビのはらわた？」を開催いたします。
濱口は、テレビスター／アイドル／昭和の俳優／カルト教祖など、マニアックなアイコンをモチーフに、強烈なインパクトを与える作品を生み出しています。
本展は、テレビが映す世相の奥、または世相を映すテレビの奥で、見つけた（つもり）のものと、見つけられなかった（つもり）のもの、それと、そのどちらでもないもの、を描いた（つもり）の新シリーズです。
テレビという表面的な世界の裏側を、濱口の圧倒的な写実力と洞察力で独自に解釈いたします。
プロフィール
濱口健／Ken Hamaguchi
1997年多摩美術大学の日本画卒。イラストレーションやりながら美術作家としても、、という、立ち位置のよく分からないエリアにてなんとか生き延びようと活動中の絵描き。

WISH LESS gallery is delighted to announce the solo exhibition “The Truth of TV” by master of realism Ken Hamaguchi.
Hamaguchi creates unique work with a strong impact exploring the motif of maniacal icons such as TV celebrities, Japanese idols, Showa period actors and cult gurus.
In this exhibition Hamaguchi will be showing a new series of paintings relating to what he found or didn’t find on TV that mirrors the truth of society, or not.
Hamaguchi’s overwhelming creativity and insight will uniquely interpret the other side of the superficial world of television.

Ken Hamaguchi
After graduating from Tama Art University’s Japanese traditional painting course in 1997 he started working as an illustrator and painter.
